We support two Web form and survey systems.
Qualtrics Survey System
Qualtrics is our primary Web survey system. Students, faculty, and staff can use their existing UWEC password to access the system. More information about the system and training options are available on the BITS site.
Web Form Script
A Perl script Web form system is available when you cannot use the Qualtrics system. It requires knowledge of HTML so it is not recommended for the beginner developer. Documentation is available in the LTS Online Help Collection:
