The upgrade to CommonSpot 6.2 is complete, but we are in the process of installing and testing bug-fix patches.
You may have noticed that authoring is quite slow at times--within the next few days, that will be corrected. In the meantime, give tasks more time to complete. If after a few minutes of waiting, a task is not completing, use the refresh option and the process will most likely complete.
Just as a precaution: Jot down the changes you make to your pages starting today for the next few days. While we don't expect trouble, if it occurs, this will help.
If you find a page not displaying, try one of two things:
-Clear your browser history
-In work mode on the page in question, use Actions >> Clear and Update Cache
If you create a new subsite, there is a bug that creates a 'shadow' index.htm file. Send an email to email@example.com and we will remove the file. We are expecting a fix for this within the next few days.
