Converting to CommonSpot requires a number of steps. The WebDev Services staff will be with you each step of the way. Here's how it goes:
- Get your site in the queue - send an email to web@uwec.edu. NOTE: New sites take priority over conversions, so these will be fit in as quickly as possible.
- When your site is next in line, we will meet with you to determine the following:

- Navigation features
- Footer content
- Color and theme
- Images
- Security
- We will create your templates and get final design approval
- Depending on the option you choose for conversion we can:

- Convert the entire site for you
- Split the conversion work with your staff
- You can convert the entire site
- Meet at regular intervals to keep progress moving
- Check and approve all pages
- Take the site live
