Article Discussions
Each month, the Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center coordinators work with various organizations on campus to facilitate an open discussion that addresses women’s and/or LGBTQ issues. The intent of the article discussions is to give students an opportunity to discuss important social issues outside of the classroom. All students, opinions, and viewpoints are welcome. Events
We offer a wide variety of events and educational programming. Many of our events are planned in collaboration with other organizations and departments on campus. See Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center events calendar.
Infant Care Room
The Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center offers a private space for anyone in need of an area for breast feeding, pumping, or infant care. The Infant Care Room, located in Schofield 34A, also includes a diaper changing station and is open during regular business hours.
Lending Library
The Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center keeps a selection of over 2,500 books as well as magazines and various resource material on gender and sexual identity issues. This collection is housed in Schofield 34.
Lounge Area/Meeting and Seminar Room
Need a place for your organization or group to meet? The Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center provides a meeting room in Schofield 34 that can be used any time of the day. Simply reserve your group’s meeting time in the lounge by signing up on the schedule sheet outside of the door. When there are no meetings, computer stations are available for research and other university-related work. An adjacent lounge space is also available for group meetings after 4:30pm in Schofield 37.

The Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center maintains contact information for assistance on a wide range of equity issues.
Safe Space
The Women's and LGBTQ Resource Center provides a safe space as well as a physical office space and resources for anyone needing confidential assistance.
