BITS Training Coordinator
As Training Coordinator for LTS, my job is to cultivate the software skills of university students, faculty, and staff through workshops and one-on-one consultations. I also serve as a MyBlugold SharePoint Analyst and Qualtrics Administrator.

LTS Help Desk Supervisor
I am a part-time supervisor of the LTS Help Desk. This involves wrangling 20+ students to form a cohesive first-level support team for all technology-related questions.
