IT Manager: Client Support Services
As manager of the Client Support Services (CSS) unit in Learning & Technology Services, my primary role is to manage, lead, and supervise a team of 12 dedicated employees. The Client Support Services unit is comprised of the LTS Help Desk, Desktop, Learning Spaces, and Classroom Planning. Our goal is to provide the best customer service we can to the campus community!
Adjunct Online Instructor
Another one of my roles outside of LTS yet still at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is to provide instruction for the online class Introduction to Information Systems (IS240). This class is a part of the UW System Undergraduate Alliance Program and consists of learning of the fundamentals of information systems as they relate to business.
