Dr. Angela Dalhoe presented at TASH’s 33rd annual conference, Social Justice in the 21st Century held in Nashville, TN on December 3-6, 2008. Her presentation was entitled "A Process Evaluation Study of the Michigan Alternate Assessment Program."
Dr. Joe Morin presented at the Teacher Education Division for the Council for Exceptional Children national conference held in Dallas, TX on November 5-8, 2008. His presentation was entitled "Teacher Education and Special Education in Changing Times: Personnel Preparation and Classroom Interventions.
Dr. Joe Morin participated in the Charity Hockey Game to Benefit Hobbs Arena Renovation Effort. The Hockey Profs faced off against the UW-Eau Claire Women's Hockey Team on Oct. 11 at Hobbs Ice Arena in Eau Claire. The proceeds will go to the Future of Ice, an effort by a consortium of community groups to raise funds for the renovation and expansion of Hobbs Ice Arena.
