Poorly designed or delivered training can make people perform
worse after training than before training.
Poorly designed training
can depress performance in a couple of ways, One problem
is that it can cause the scrambling of previously
well-organized memory. ... In other cases, management
team-building exercises have been found to increase
destructive competition between management groups in the same
organization, |
