TRIO Project AIM, Ability in Motion, is a federally funded Student Support Services Grant program. This program serves students that have documented disabilities and are registered with the office of Services for Students with Disabilities.
The mission of this Student Support Services Grant program is to provide participants with individualized assistance that contributes to academic achievement and retention as well as empowers them to accomplish their educational and career goals. Eligible students can receive specialized academic advising and career counseling in addition to services and accommodations already provided to insure that both facilities and programs are accessible. Some first and second-year students are eligible to receive financial assistance in the form of a special grant.
