The Registrar's office has two staff members who can handle this validation for you: Diane Stegner Roadt or Michelle Menting.
You may want to call ahead to make sure a Notary is available. Please call the Registrar's office at 715-836-2999. The Registrar's office is located at Schofield Hall 128.
Notarization always requires proof of identification, so you will want to bring along a form of photo identification. A driver's license or Blugold card are acceptable forms of ID. Do not sign your document until you are asked to do so in the presence of the notary public.
