The McPhee Strength and Performance Center (MSPC) is a state-of-the-art strength and cardiovascular center located on the first floor of the McPhee Physical Education Center. Covering almost 8,000 square feet, the MSPC holds over 20,000 pounds of free weights, 5,000 pounds of dumbbell weight and 1,000 pounds of Olympic bumper plates. The MSPC is home to 55 pieces of weight training equipment and 36 cardiovascular units. We have also just recently added a 24' x 6' CrossFit Rigging System to the facility.
The MSPC is extremely accessible being open over 105 hours per week, seven days a week. Members are allowed unlimited access to the MSPC during hours of operation. Memberships are available on a semester, academic, calendar and summer basis.
Blugold cards and a valid membership are required. Memberships are available at the McPhee Information Desk.
Where to get a Membership
MSPC memberships must be purchased at the McPhee Information Desk
Crest Fitness Center memberships must be purchased at the Hilltop Recreation Office.
Dual memberships will be available at both the Hilltop Recreation Center Office and at McPhee.
