Vinyasa Yoga

This class is a vinyasa flow yoga class - linking your breath to your movement through yoga sequences. Kristin's method of leading yoga classes is to practice along with you while advising adjustments and modifications. She is a firm believer in developing a strong core to keep you steady and balanced in your practice. Her hope as an instructor is to encourage you to believe in yourself... to accept and honor your ability to create a practice with intention and awareness... and to build your strength and flexibility. 

Restorative Yoga

In this class we will explore gentle, low impact Yoga asana poses to relax, restore and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. Using self-inquiry, breath and awareness we will cultivate physical & mental well-being, strength and flexibility. This class will also promote an experiential understanding of yoga philosophy.

Just Pump

Just Pump is an athletic- based workout using various weights and fitness “toys”, working every major muscle group including the core! This class is designed for all ages and fitness levels and will deliver quick results, toning and strengthening your body. Take advantage of this great way to get in shape and cross train!

Indoor Cycling

Help Power our Power by participating in our indoor cycling classes! This 45 minute ride on specially designed stationary bikes will mimic outdoor riding. Class format will vary between interval rides, endurance rides, and strength rides.  Each bike is equipped with a Green Revolution device. As we pedal, we will generate electricity that will be put back into UWEC's power grid. This non-impact class is for all fitness levels.

Boot Camp

This is an incredible cardio and muscular strengthwork-out open to any fitness level and ability. This is the perfect class to do with friends, kids, neighbors or co-workers. You don't have to be the same fitness level as your classmates. We will train together but you will take it at your own pace…but we will push you to your next fitness level. In eight weeks, you will experience a  variety of boot camp class formats: cardio only, interval stations, sport specific, muscular strength, H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training, alternating segments of cardio and recovery), plyometrics and much more. You will be able to use top of the line fitness equipment as well as the great outdoors to get yourself in the best shape this session. Don't miss out on the fun!

Vinyasa Flow

This class is a flow class designed to use our breath as a string as we move through a yoga series.  Amy's style is guided by a strong anatomic focus with a characteristic playfullness and emphasis on reconnecting the mind and body.  Although the class is challenging, Amy teaches with a careful consideration of every unique participant and offers modifications to make it accessible to even the beginner. The student will build strength, flexibility, and grace and will leave feeling rejuvenated.  

Kettlekick

Strength based fitness, combining elements of Kettlebell with cardio kickboxing.  Work every muscle in your body doing this high intensity and fast paced workout.  Kettlebell has been around for years but has recently started to resurface as a phenomenal way to gain muscle while working on cardio at the same time. Combine this with the dynamic movement based Cardio Kickboxing and you have yourself a great way to increase Aerobic capacity and tone your body. You can reserve a Kettlebell when you register or bring your own!  

Pilates

Everyone can benefit from Pilates in their own way. It will improve your physical and mental condition, provide better circulation, increased lung capacity through deep, healthy breathing, strength and flexibility, healthy bones and joints, improved posture, improved balance and coordination, a strong abdomen and a powerful core, energy, stamina and stress relief, reduction of body "aches and pains", prevention of re-injury of damaged muscles and joints, the list could go on and on. Practicing Pilates will leave you energized, refreshed and relaxed - not drained and exhausted.

Power Plus

Looking for a mid-day pick me up? Power plus is a GREAT way to re-energize over your lunch break! This 45 minute class will increase your strength and build cardiovascular endurance! Class work includes several modes including but not limited to, cycling, plyometric work, circuit training, "equipment- less" strength, core, dumbbells, body bars, medicine balls, balance moves and More! Shower facilities are located on site.

Qigong

Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) is an ancient form of healing, which helps people heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Every situation is different, but the benefits of practicing Qigong include balanced energy, reduced stress and tension, improved metabolism, increase in awareness, increased strength, mentalacuity and vitality, a sense of peace, a more youthful appearance, and slowing the aging process by restoring organs to their health.

Zumba

Ditch the workout, Join the party!!  This Latin dance inspired cardio party atmosphere consists of energizing and body sculpting movements meant to engage and captivate for a fun invigorating workout!

Fit Defense

Fit Defense provides a combination of high intensity based movements integrated with proven fight technique. The class focus will be on form and effective movement pattern.  Plan on using gloves and body shields during class (equipment will be provided). The goal is to combine self-empowerment and self-defense with a great workout to help you achieve your fitness goals! Your first class is FREE so drop in to see if this is the workout for you! Sergeant Todd Raymond has a background in Law Enforcement and at the Department of Corrections. He has also wrestled and competed in Mixed Martial Arts at the World Level.  For the past 7 years he has trained over 4000 U.S. Soldiers how to defend themselves in combat.
