The Sandwich Generation Caregiver: Is Your Life Being Squeezed?
Family members make up a vast majority of elder caregivers…and they are the unpaid heroes of the 21st century. Caregivers are struggling to balance all their multi-generational responsibilities and still maintain their own self-care. This workshop will provide tips and tools for making caregiving more effective and less stressful, steps to "take care of the caregiver," and resources available in the community.
