Portfolio Project Guidelines

The student portfolio is one of the mechanisms the Psychology Department uses to assess learning goals for the psychology major. New majors are first introduced to the electronic portfolio in Psychology 101. During subsequent semesters, students are expected to upload artifacts (papers, other class assignments, conference presentations, etc.) into their portfolios. The completed portfolio is a requirement for Psychology 400, 401, and 470, the Department's three capstone courses.

Portfolios are housed on a university server that is accessible via the web at:

http://webportfolio.uwec.edu/

When you have successfully uploaded a task for one of the learning goals, you will see a statement indicating so in gold. When you have uploaded all tasks, your portfolio is complete and you do not need to do anything else. We will be able to access your portfolio for assessment purposes.
