The Visitor Center parking lot (corner of Roosevelt and Park) is provided for campus visitors. There are seventeen (17) spaces available for reserved guest parking Monday through Friday.
Parking reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date by calling the Visitor Center at (715) 836-2544. Guests without prior reservations may use the Visitor Center lot if there is space available, or they can obtain a guest permit for other lots. Prospective students and their families wishing to schedule a campus visit should first contact the Admissions Office at (715) 836-5415.
In addition to providing parking assistance, the Visitor Center staff also provides general information about the campus, city of Eau Claire and surrounding areas.
Departments can request reserved stalls in the Visitor Center by filling out the Visitor Center Reservation Form(pdf) and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org. No more than 2 reservations per department can be made at a time.
Parking arrangements for groups or large events should be made early in the planning process for the event. All requests and concerns should be directed to the Parking Office, Schofield Hall 108, or by calling 836-2002.
Disabled Visitors that have state issued disabled permits must pick up a visitor permit at the Visitor Center located at the corner of Park and Roosevelt. With advanced notice, you may call our office at 715-836-2002 to have a permit mailed to you.
