EAU CLAIRE — Rob Grunewald, a regional economic analyst and co-author of the Early Childhood Economic Impact study, will speak at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The presentation will be in the Cargill Lab of Schneider Hall on lower campus.
Grunewald will discuss why it's important to economic development to provide quality early education programs for young disadvantaged children.
During the discussion, Grunewald will share the results of a study by the Early Learning Initiative Council, which has been working with community members to implement quality early education programs in the Eau Claire area.
The presentation is free and open to the public.
