EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performances the week beginning Monday, Oct. 20. All events are free and open to the public.

Wednesday, Oct. 22:

The tuba and euphonium studio will present the annual OcTUBAfest Recital at 7:30 p.m. in Phillips Recital Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center. The students will perform tuba and euphonium classics by J.S. Bach, Robert Schumann, Ralph Vaughan-Williams and Alexandre Guilmant. The recital also will feature a student arrangement of Paul Simon’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by junior David Temple, Green Bay, and a student composition by senior Joel Helston, Stillwater, Minn.
