EAU CLAIRE - University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire sophomore nursing students and nursing faculty will conduct a free health assessment clinic for children ages 5-12 on Monday, July 28.

Clients will receive free evaluations that will include health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings, and physical exams. Faculty will sign some camp and sports physical forms.

Appointments will begin between 1 and 4 p.m. at the UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing. Participants should allow about two hours for complete screening assessment.
