Suzuki Violin Recital
Set for March 23

EAU CLAIRE - The students of Janelle Severs will present a Suzuki violin student solo recital at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 23, in the Phillips Recital Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Students will perform classical violin music from J.S. Bach, Corelli, Seitz and others.

Featured students include: Iain Hood, Olivia Hood, Emma Marches, Gennie Prock, Jocelyn Kaese, Robert Schaffer, Samar Quint, Tyler Hostager and Christian Noyce, Eau Claire; Olivia Buvala, Augusta; Abby Ulcej, Bloomer; and Clifton Nesseth, Cameron.

The recital is free and open to the public.

UW-Eau Claire's Continuing Education and the Preparatory Arts Program will host the event. The Preparatory Arts Program provides performing arts instruction and experiences for non-college students in the area.
