Wellness classes to be offered in April and May Penny Karcz, a STOTT certified Pilates instructor, will lead the "Pilates" classes, which will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 10-May 10, from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m. in the McPhee Dance Studio (McPhee 105). The fees for the session are $44 for UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff or $70 for community members. Patricia Wickman, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, will teach the "Restorative Yoga" class, which will meet from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Mondays, April 9-May 7, in the Hilltop Lounge. The fee for the class is $25 for students, faculty and staff or $40 for community members. Jennifer Peterson, a registered nurse and certified aesthetician, will teach the "Tools to Tame Stress" class, which will meet from 5 to 7 p.m. for two Tuesdays, April 10 and 17, in the Hilltop Lounge. Fees for the course are $18 for UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff or $27 for community members. Shari Baemmert, certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork, will teach the "Thai Yoga Bodywork" class, which will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. for two Tuesdays, April 10 and 17, in the McPhee Dance Studio (McPhee 105). Fees for the course are $18 for UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff or $27 for community members. Toni Poll-Sorensen, music and theatre arts, will lead the "Alexander Technique" class, which will meet from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 19, in Room 143 of the Haas Fine Arts Center. The class fee is $10 for UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff or $15 for community members.
