A variety of free fitness classes will be offered Monday through Thursday during summer session. Hi/Low aerobics will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15 a.m. in the McPhee Dance Studio; spinning will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at noon, Tuesdays at 4 p.m. and Thursdays at 5 p.m. in McPhee 127; hydrorobics will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 a.m. in the McPhee pool; and cardiokick will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesdays in the McPhee Dance Studio.
