International student host families/friends needed
UW-Eau Claire's Center for International Education seeks host families and friends to provide hospitality to international students who will be attending UW-Eau Claire. Host families/friends provide a three-day home stay to international students and stay in contact with the students during their time at the university. International students will arrive in Eau Claire Aug. 26. For more information, contact Stephanie Pyykola at firstname.lastname@example.org or 836-4411.
Conferences and Reservations office to relocate in Davies Center
UW-Eau Claire will relocate its conferences and reservations services into a central administrative complex in Davies Center's west lobby area effective July 5. The Conferences and Reservations office will be part of a suite of offices located at the south entrance of Davies Center, near the Corner Store and adjacent to a new meeting space named the Maple Room. The office's move from the upper level to Davies Center 103 makes its services more accessible to clients and provides one-stop access to other event planning services provided in the administrative complex.
