Foreign language students to offer free classes to area schoolchildrenFebruary 27, 2014
EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire students enrolled in the university's "Teaching Foreign Languages" course will offer a series of exploratory language classes for elementary school students in grades 1-5 in French, German and Spanish.
Classes will meet from 4:10-4:50 p.m. Thursdays, March 27-May 8, in Hibbard Hall, located at the corner of Park and Garfield avenues on UW-Eau Claire's lower campus.
The classes are free, but registration is required. The deadline to register is March 24; however, early registration is strongly suggested as each class is limited to 12 students.
