UW-Eau Claire posts chancellor position description

EAU CLAIRE — The search and screen committee charged with helping to find a new chancellor for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire has posted the chancellor position description online and invites applications and nominations for the position.

Evaluation of applications has begun and will continue until the final candidate pool is established. Following the search and screen process, the committee is expected to recommend five candidates as finalists for consideration by UW System President Kevin Reilly and a special UW System Board of Regents committee. After a series of public presentations and personal interviews, Reilly and the regent committee will recommend one individual to the full Board of Regents, which must approve the appointment.

The executive search firm of Witt/Kieffer is assisting UW-Eau Claire in the search.
