Registration opens for Continuing Education ethics and boundaries programsJuly 30, 2012
EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education is accepting registrations for two ethics and boundaries programs. The workshops are designed for psychologists, social workers, therapists, counselors, mental health providers, and health care and other human services professionals.
The programs, which meet current guidelines for continuing education units/contact hours for social workers in the state of Wisconsin, are:
- Professional Ethics and Technology, a half-day workshop, will be held from 12:30-4:30 p.m. Sept. 27, Oct. 25, Jan. 24, 2013 and Feb. 21, 2013 in Eau Claire; and Dec. 6 in Hayward. The cost to attend is $89. Approval for continuing education units/contact hours for licensed professional counselors is pending.
- Ethical Practices and Decision Making in Mental Health will be held from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Nov. 12 in Eau Claire. The cost to attend is $159.
