Registration opens for Continuing Education mind-body wellness program

BodySpeaksEAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education is accepting registrations for its mind-body wellness program, The Body Speaks: Are You Listening, The Power of Integrative Approaches to Wellness and Healing, which will run from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at The Florian Gardens in Eau Claire.

The program is designed for psychologists, social workers, therapists, counselors, mental health providers, health care professionals and others interested in wellness and healing. Participants may earn up to seven continuing education contact hours.

Instructor Thomas Roberts is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with more than 30 years of experience. Program topics will include how specific symptoms express what is needed for restoring health and well-being, consequences of not acknowledging those symptoms, and the latest scientific findings and evidence-based approaches to mind-body healing.
