Continuing Education to offer new leadership series this fall

- "Improving your Workforce ROI: Protecting Your Business Through Competency Assessment and Succession Planning," Sept. 27-28. Topics include defining and quantifying leadership competencies, succession planning and optimizing training resources.
- "Mentoring for Performance Excellence: A Proactive Approach to Employee Development," Nov. 8-9. Topics include leadership development; implementing and evaluating mentoring programs; and using mentoring to identify, develop and retain talent.
The facilitator for both seminars is Dr. Scott Lester, professor of management and director for the Center for Leadership at UW-Eau Claire.
The seminars are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
