Registration opens for May 10 global business event

The event is designed to help businesses that are considering exporting and those currently selling products internationally. Wisconsin Department of Commerce directors from Brazil, Canada, China and Mexico will brief event attendees on the pros and cons of exporting, developing international markets, current market conditions and opportunities around the world.
The program fee is $49 per person and includes lunch.
Attendees also may schedule no-cost, one-on-one appointments with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. by calling Rachel Best at 608-267-0587.
The event is sponsored by The Geo Group Corp. and the UW-Eau Claire Small Business Development Center. It was developed in partnership with the Northern Wisconsin International Trade Association, Wisconsin Economic Development Corp., Ginseng Board of Wisconsin, WTH International Services LLC and NMC Wollard Inc.
