UW-Eau Claire news release

EAU CLAIRE — Registration is now open for the Financial Management Series offered through University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education's Center for Business Solutions. Designed for small business owners and non-financial managers, all workshops will be held from 6-9:30 p.m. Thursday nights on the UW-Eau Claire campus. The following workshops will be offered:

• "Financial Accounting: Underlying Concepts," April 5.
• "Financial Accounting: Using Financial Statements," April 12.
• "Managerial Accounting: Profit Planning and Budgeting," April 19.
• "Managing Cash Flow," April 26.
  
  

The fee for each workshop is $100 plus the cost of materials. A discounted rate of $380 is available for those who register for the entire series. Those who complete all four workshops will receive a Financial Management Certificate.

These workshops are sponsored by the Small Business Development Center at UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education, which is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
