New Faculty/Academic Staff Form

Please complete and submit this secure form to provide background information for the university's News Bureau to use when preparing news releases about your future accomplishments as a UW-Eau Claire faculty or academic staff member. The information you submit on this form will not be shared for any purpose other than a news release, and faculty and staff members featured in news releases will have the opportunity to review those releases before they are sent to media.

In addition to submitting this completed form, if possible please send your vita as an e-mail attachment to the News Bureau at newsbur@uwec.edu.

Also, the News Bureau would like photos of new faculty and academic staff members on file for promotional purposes. Contact Deb Blanchard (836-6005, blanchdl@uwec.edu) to set up an appointment in the Learning and Technology Services photo studio in Room 30 of Schofield Hall. The News Bureau will pay for the photos.
