Tu Dance Masterclasses: Tu Dance company members will work with students in the UW-Eau Claire dance minor program. Tu Dance is one of the nation's newest non-profit professional dance organizations. Founded in 2004 by Toni Pierce-Sands and Uri Sands, the Minnesota-based company reaches across dance styles, drawing upon dance traditions from contemporary ballet to modern and traditional forms. Tu Dance aims to reveal the connective power of dance, celebrating a beautiful diversity on stage.

Karis Sloss Masterclasses: Karis Sloss, of the Eclectic Edge Ensemble, will work with Dr. Toni Poll-Sorensen, professor of dance, in conducting auditions for a piece choreographed by Sloss for DanceWorks. Sloss is choreographing a dance piece for the concert and will also be teaching jazz and modern dance classes while on campus.
