Moses Goldberg's Hansel and Gretel is a participation play that sets the story in close proximity to the audience, asking them to share the action by getting them involved in the adventure of Hansel and Gretel getting lost in the woods and meeting the witch. Using a traveling family of actors, the actors not only tell the beloved story, but help the audience learn some basics about theatre as the actors become characters right before their eyes.

The Wise Men of Chelm is a comedy by Sandra Fenichel Asher based upon Yiddish folktales. Chelm is a tiny town in Poland. Tales of the eternally good-natured but foolish people of Chelm date back to the 1500s. This script, set in the late 19th century, weaves together several favorites from Jewish folklore. But you don't have to be Jewish to put your conclusions before your facts, pin all your dreams on a feather or recognize yourself and everyone you know in the antics of The Wise Men of Chelm.
