Jazz Festival Registration Information

Multiple Ensembles: Schools entering four or more ensembles (including vocal and combos) will receive a $10 discount per ensemble. Register by sending duplicates of the form, one per ensemble. Entry Fees: All entry fees are non-refundable. Deadline for registration is Friday, March 14, 2008. First priority for scheduling and $20 off the registration fee will be given to entries received on or before February 1. Ensembles will be scheduled only after payment is received. Credit cards and checks will be accepted. Please make checks payable to UW-Eau Claire Jazz Festival. Purchase orders WILL NOT be accepted as a form of payment. Hotel Reservations: Be sure to make hotel reservations early. Group reservations can be made at one of the following hotels:
