Choral Ensemble Auditions

Prospective students at UW-Eau Claire are invited to audition for a choral ensemble at "Wisconsin's Singing University." This process, separate from the department audition for students who wish to major in music at UW-Eau Claire, consists of three aspects. Students will be asked to vocalize, sight-read, demonstrate pitch memory and perform a prepared solo and/or My Country 'Tis of Thee. Students who are participating in Summer Orientation may sign up for a choral audition time during the morning registration at 7:00 AM. At other times during the year, students may audition for a choral ensemble by contacting Dr. Gary Schwartzhoff, Director of Choral Activities.
