I believe that education is the key to self-sufficiency. Providing people with educational opportunities enhances their ability to help themselves as well as others around them. To be successful in college, students need to utilize support services, have an understanding of themselves, and know how to maneuver within their environment. As a UW-Eau Claire pioneer and an experienced social worker I will use my experiences to assist students in their educational plans.
