Our Mission:
To provide leadership in creating a welcoming and supportive campus environment for students from ethnically and culturally diverse backgrounds.
Our mission is accomplished by enhancing three core multicultural student values:

- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusiveness
Core values reflect Learning and Development Outcome Domains identified by Council for the Advancement of Students (CAS) in Higher Education for Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS)
Our Vision:
The Office of Multicultural Affairs will strive for merit in excellence by providing exceptional student services that result in an increased presence and participation of students of color in all academic, social, and personal endeavors at UW-Eau Claire.
OMA staff will enhance self-image of students of color by facilitating respect for and an appreciation of the rich history, tradition, and culture of ethnically diverse students and groups.
