Student group study and conference rooms
Students can make a reservation for a room by following the directions for Reserving Equipment or Rooms (pdf) or start here http://eaulib.wisconsin.edu/vwebv/patronRequests.
Students may request the use of library rooms by presenting their Blugold cards at the Circulation Desk. The Rooms are for group use only. At least two group members must be present in order to check out the key. Late night study and final exam times may have special restrictions. Dry-erase boards and a microphone are available in most of the rooms. The group study rooms on the fourth floor also have web cameras.

Library Conference Room (L3020)
The third floor conference room includes a sink, microwave and whiteboards and seats 20-25. Call Peggy Govan with questions or to make a reservation in the Director's office at 715-836-3715.

Family friendly Study Room (L101)
Located on the lower level in the IMC, this room is available on a first-come, first-served basis to students or faculty members accompanied by a child. The key is available for check-out with a Blugold card at the circulation desk. The facility contains a computer, printer, television, VCR, DVD player and furniture, plus toys, videos, coloring books and crayons.
Graduate and Nontraditional student study room (L5029)
Room L5029 is a large study room for graduate and nontraditional students only. The room contains computers and study carrels as well as lounge space. Access is by combination lock and graduate and nontraditional students can get the combination from the Circulation Desk staff on the first floor with their Blugold card. Lockers in this room are available for rent at the Circulation Desk. The charge is $10.00 per locker, per semester.
Students can use this room to practice and record presentations. The room is equipped with an LCD screen, a computer, a camera, a microphone, and a DVD recorder. DVDs for saving presentations can be purchased at the Circulation Desk for $1 each. The room can be reserved in person or online, for a 2-hour time slot, and the key can be picked up at the Circulation Desk with a Blugold Card.
