Reserve a Room

Student group study and conference rooms
RESERVE ONLINE NOW.
Students may request the use of 2-hour library study rooms by presenting their Blugold cards at the Main Circulation counter, 1st floor. Study rooms may not be reserved by phone. There are a variety of room sizes; many accommodate groups of up to 6 people. Each room has ethernet ports and wireless network access. Eleven rooms are already set up with computers. The computer study rooms are for group use only. The whole group must be present in order to check out the key. Late night study and final exam times may have special restrictions.

Meeting and Classroom space
The Library instructional classroom or lab may be available for University staff meetings or classroom instruction on a first-come-first-served basis. To reserve instructional space, please call the Reference Desk at 836-3858 as soon as you have identified dates and times (see Guidelines for using Library classroom and lab).

  • L2023 (fits 25) teaching station and computer, projection equipment
  • L1033 (fits 30+) library information literacy lab; student computers, teaching station and projection equipment

Library Conference room
The 3rd floor conference room includes a sink, microwave and whiteboards and seats 20-25. Call Peggy Govan in the Director's office at 836-3715.

Faculty and staff may apply for Library rooms by contacting Peggy Govan in the Director's office at 836-3715.

Graduate study room
Room 5029 is a study room for graduate students only. Access is by combination lock and graduate students can get the combination from the Circulation Desk staff upon presentation of their ID card. Lockers in the graduate study room are available for rent at the Circulation Desk. The charge is $5.00 per locker, per semester.
