Student Equipment Checkout

Equipment Checkout Counter: 715-836-3856

The Student Technology Fee funds the purchase of the equipment and items are only available for checkout by currently enrolled students. The McIntyre Library manages the circulation and reservations of the equipment. There is no charge for checkout, but fines and fees apply if items are not returned when due.  Please review the agreement that will need to be signed to take advantage of the program. You can visit the Equipment Checkout Counter, adjacent to the library's Circulation Desk on the first floor to pick up equipment.

The Student Equipment Checkout Desk opens 15 min. after the library opens and closes 15 min. before the library closes.  See library hours for current information related to when the library is open.

Making a Reservation

The web based reservation system is down.  You can stop by the Circulation Desk in person to make a reservation for a room or equipment.
