Item Status Descriptions - Library Catalog

Status listed in catalog What it means and what you can do
1 Copy Ordered as of mm-dd-yy An order has been placed for the item, but it has not arrived yet. Delivery times vary by item. Universal Borrowing is the fastest option for getting this item. You may place a hold on this item and wait for it to arrive.
   
1 Copy Received as of mm-dd-yy If an item has been received, you may place a hold on the item through your own patron account or by asking at the Circulation desk and its processing will be expedited. You will be notified of its availability.
   
At Bindery - mm-dd-yy The book is being repaired/rebound at the bindery. It is faster to request another copy of the book through Universal Borrowing then to retrieve it from the bindery. If it is unavailable from Universal Borrowing, please contact a librarian.
   
Available The item should be available on the shelf. If you are unable to locate the item, please go to the Circulation desk and fill out a "Not-in-stacks" form. A staff member will try to track down the item. If the item is found, you will be notified and it will be held for you at Circulation. If it is not found, you can request it through Universal Borrowing.
