E-Reserve Access Problem Report
If you receive a call from a patron who is unable to access an e-reserve item:
- First check that the caller is trying to access e-reserve correctly.
- If the caller seems to have a true access problem, try to transfer the call immediately to Dan Hillis : 715-836-4961.
- If Dan Hillis is not available, ask the patron for the information to complete the following access problem report.
