Fine & Fee Information
Overdue Materials
The first overdue notice is sent 5 days after the due date. A second overdue notice is sent 10 days later. Fifty days after the second notice, the item is billed as lost.
Failure to pay fines/fees promptly will result in a block on borrowing privileges when the amount reaches $10. All fine/fee payments are made at the Circulation Desk. Patrons with outstanding obligations to the library may be referred to a collection agency.

Fine Appeals
If you feel you are being unjustly fined you may submit a fine appeal. You can fill out the online fine appeal form or submit a paper copy. Paper copies are located at the Circulation Desk, or you may print our online Fine Appeal (.pdf)
