Building |

| McIntyre Library is named in honor of William D. McIntyre, an Eau Claire businessman. Mr. McIntyre was a member of the Wisconsin State University Board of Regents for many years and chaired it for ten. The library building was constructed in three phases: the Old Library in 1960, a six-story addition in 1972, and another six-story addition in 1993. |
