- From the File tab in Outlook, select Open.
Note: Depending on the version you are using, it may say Open & Export.
- Click Other User's Folder.
- A dialog box will appear. In the text box, enter fax.
- Click OK.
- Because all the eFax mailboxes start with FAX, a window will appear, letting you know that Microsoft Office Outlook found more than one 'fax.' Select the desired mailbox from the list, and click OK.
- You will then be able to access the faxes in the inbox, as shown below:
