Access eFax Mailbox

  1. From the File tab in Outlook, select Open.

    Note:
    Depending on the version you are using, it may say Open & Export.

  2. Click Other User's Folder.

  3. A dialog box will appear. In the text box, enter fax.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Because all the eFax mailboxes start with FAX, a window will appear, letting you know that Microsoft Office Outlook found more than one 'fax.' Select the desired mailbox from the list, and click OK.

  6. You will then be able to access the faxes in the inbox, as shown below:
