Towers Hall South was built in 1967 and provides accommodations for approximately 630 residents. The hall is the largest residence hall on campus.

Towers South also contains the Housing Office, ResCom Help Desk, Think Tank, TV 10 Studio and is one of the only halls open during vacation periods.

Towers South is located on upper campus, near Hilltop Center, McPhee/Ade Olson Center, tennis courts, and softball/volleyball fields.
