If you plan to live on campus during the summer, we have you covered! Housing and Residence Life offers a wide variety of options to fit your needs, and your schedule.
Additionally, if you're a Housing and Residence Life employee (working a minimum of 20 hours per week), we offer free summer housing.
Summer Housing RatesBelow you will find a summary of the summer schedule and the associated fees. Please contact the Housing Office at 715.836.3675 for more information. Applications are available starting April 4th and can be found on the My Housing Portal.
- Student Double: $13.00/day
- Student Single: $16.00/day
- Chancellors Hall: $20.00/day
- Haymarket Landing:
- Studio (1 available): $27/day
- 1 bedroom double (2 available): $27/day
- 2 bedroom double (8 available): $21/day
- 4 bedroom single (8 available): $27/day
Summer Rooms are located in Towers North, Chancellors and Haymarket. There is very limited availability in Chancellors. Students with assignments in Chancellors for spring 2017 or Fall 2017 are able to live in Chancellors for summer. Space will be limited and available by application date.
FULL PAYMENT is due by June 12, 2017 to avoid additional fees. Balances remaining after the June 12, 2017 due date are subject to a $30.00 administrative service fee and a finance charge of 1% per month.
Hall assignment and confirmation of charges will be provided in early May, so watch your email. Please contact the Housing Office for more information.
Meal plans are
not available during the summer.

During the summer months, parking can get a bit confusing. Construction projects, summer maintenance and campus events often dictate where you can park. Visit the Parking and Transportation page for information on parking lot locations, hours of enforcement, lot closings and more.
Haymarket Landing: Onsite parking in the underground ramp at Haymarket is $40 per month. More information about how to reserve parking available in your assignment confirmation email in May.

Eau Claire is a great place to spend your summer, but sometimes you just want to go home to visit family and friends.
