This program focuses on showing and explaining how it is possible to be a vegetarian in college and do so affordably. It also shows that you can eat in an environmentally friendly way without having to a follow a strict vegetarian diet. Through a hands on (and delicious) cooking activity students will learn how to achieve a healthier way of eating that is affordable and available on the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Campus. You'll get some great recipes too!
