Putnam Hall

Named after Katherine Putnam who was the granddaughter of the Eau Claire lumberman who established Putnam Park.

Putnam Hall was built in 1958 and provides accommodations for approximately 96 men and 140 women.

Putnam Hall is located on lower campus, near academic buildings, McIntyre Library, Chippewa River and the Little Niagara Creek. It is also adjacent to Putnam Park, a 333-acre natural reserve.

The Putnam LoveStock which takes place the first Friday in May is a large music and food festival to raise money for charity.
