Export to PDF


Windows


Word

  1. Open the document in Word.

  2. Click File, found near the top of your screen.

  3. In the next window, click Export.

  4. Under Export, make sure Create PDF/ XPS Document is selected, then click the Create PDF/ XPS button on the right.

  5. In the window that appears, make sure PDF is selected next to Save Type As. Select where you want the PDF to be saved, as well as the size of the file.

  6. Click Publish.

  1. Upload the image into Word.

  2. Follow instructions as listed above.

Excel

  1. Open the Excel Spreadsheet.

  2. Select the ranges you wish to export as a PDF.

  3. Go to the Page Layout tab.

  4. Select Print Area and set the print area.

  5. Click File, found near the top of the screen.

  6. In the next window, click Export.

  7. Under Export, make sure Create PDF/XPS Document is selected, then click the Create PDF/XPS button on the right.

  8. In the window that appears, make sure PDF is selected next to Save Type As. Select where you want the PDF to be saved, as well as the size of the file.

  9. Click Publish.

Mac


Word

  1. Open the document in Word.

  2. Click File, found on the Menu Bar.

  3. Select Save As from the drop down menu.

  4. Change the format type to PDF, found near the bottom of the drop down menu.

  5. Select where you want the PDF to be saved.

  6. Click Save.

Excel

  1. Open the Excel spreadsheet.

  2. Select the ranges you would like to export as a PDF.

  3. Click File, found on the Menu Bar.

  4. Select Save As from the drop down menu.

  5. Change the format type to PDF.

  6. Select where you want the PDF to be saved.

  7. Click Save.
