Registering Wireless Devices

Laptops and other wireless devices must be registered before you can access the UWEC wireless network with them. Unregistered devices can use the network to access email and network drives.

Register a Device

1. Connect to UWECwireless.
   
   
2. Go to https://networking.uwec.edu
   
   
3. Log in.
   On an unregistered wireless device, the Automatic Network Registration page appears.
   
   
4. Review the network guidelines and click Yes...
   
   
5. Reboot your device.

Unregister a Device

1. Go to https://networking.uwec.edu
   
   
2. Log in.
   
   
3. Click View Registered.
   
   
4. Click Unregister for the device you want to unregister.
   
   
5. Click OK.
