The LTS Online Help Collection is just one of the resources available for you. The following resources are available for additional help using MyBlugold CampS; however, some resources are only available for University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire faculty, staff, and students.
Help Desks
- LTS Help Desk
The LTS Help Desk provides assistance to UW-Eau Claire faculty, staff, and students for supported software programs. You can call their office 715-836-5711, stop by their office Old Library 1106, or send them an email at helpdesk@uwec.edu. For more information, visit the LTS Help Desk website.
- Residence Hall Computing
The ResCom Help Desk provides support to UW-Eau Claire students working in the housing computer labs or living in the residence halls. You can call their office 715-855-4271, stop by their office Towers 126A, or for more information, visit the RESCOM website.
Workshops
- Building Information Technology Skills (BITS)
BITS provides free training and assistance to UW-Eau Claire students, faculty, and staff on a variety of topics, including Excel, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and MyBlugold CampS. For more information, visit the BITS website.
